MAWA Co-Ed Shawna Dempsey leads Mentorship 101 in September 2010

Every year in September, MAWA Co-Executive Director Shawna Dempsey leads a workshop about mentorship: its benefits and pitfalls, sample structures, dos and don’ts.  This is an excellent course for anyone interested in mentoring or setting up a mentorship program.

MAWA is also available to consult with other organizations regarding mentorship, and has mentoring resources in our lending library.
