Over The Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party!

Don’t miss the art event of the year! MAWA’s Over the Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party returns for its seventh year on Sunday March 20 2011, from 2- 5 pm.
Join the party! Bid on artwork, buy gift-basket raffle tickets and eat cupcakes to your heart’s content! Last year Over the Top brought in over 400 visitors to MAWA, and over 120 artists donated artwork.

As a not-for-profit, registered charity, the Over the Top event is MAWA’s most important fundraising venture. Last year it raised $24,000, almost one tenth of our annual budget! These funds are crucial in enabling us to provide professional, engaging, and relevant art-based programming, such as our Foundation Mentorship Program, Mini-Mentorships, Critical Reading Groups, and Artist Lectures.
