mawa.ca accepts all major Canadian credit cards. We are currently unable to process credit cards from outside of Canada through our website. If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please contact us.
If you would like to pay by e-transfer, purchase order or cheque, please contact us.
MAWA charges the full cost of shipping.
Within Canada, MAWA ships with Canada Post. For most orders, the online shipping calculator will determine your shipping cost when you enter the shipping address. For larger orders, our website is unable to accurately calculate the shipping cost. Please contact us for a quote.
If you are ordering from outside of Canada, please contact us. Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to applicable duty and clearance charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Orders generally ship within 5 – 7 business days. Because MAWA is
only open Wednesday – Friday, same day shipping is often not possible.
Orders for pick-up are available for collection at MAWA, 611 Main St, Wednesday – Friday, 10am – 4pm. During the months of July and August please call ahead.
MAWA accepts purchase orders from educational organizations at [email protected]. Please email us for shipping costs and more information.
If there is a problem with your order, (for example your order is missing items, you received the wrong item or if your order was damaged during shipping) please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss possible solutions.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact MAWA in advance. We accept returns of items in re-saleable condition within 15 business days from the time they were received. MAWA does not refund the cost of original shipping and is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
