Presented in partnership with Creative Manitoba
Writing about your work is part of your job as an artist, and grantwriting in particular can open up transformative support for your practice. A clear, compelling proposal that lays out what you plan to do and why you want to do it is essential for a successful application. How you present your work to a selection committee is key to whether you receive funding or not. Join in this workshop for tips on how to craft a clear and compelling proposal then tune in again on January 25 for a second grantwriting workshop covering résumés and budgets.
All are welcome to attend these free online workshops, designed to help you advance your art career. Within a couple of weeks of broadcast, the workshops will be available with captioning at mawa.ca/videos/professional-advice.
Free, everyone welcome. To sign up visit creativemanitoba.ca or email [email protected]
