Over the Top Art Auction: Sunday Auction Concludes + Cupcake Party

What happens when you combine artworks by over 170 artists and more than 1000 cupcakes? You get MAWA’s annual Over the Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party!

This fundraiser features some of Winnipeg's biggest artists alongside up-and-comers! There is art for all tastes and all budgets. Add cupcakes and stellar raffle baskets, and you have one of the most anticipated cultural events of the spring.

Over the Top Art Auction and Cupcake Party raises funds that enable MAWA to provide professional, engaging visual art programming, such as our Mentorship Programs, Critical Discussion Groups, Skills-Based Workshops, Artist Lectures and Cross-Cultural Craft Program. Many of these programs are filled to capacity, and bring together people from many different backgrounds to share in the pleasure and challenge of visual art.
