Due to a fire next door at the Edge Gallery, MAWA will be closed until further notice. Staff are working at home and checking phone messages. Please reach out if you have a question or concern.
We have been able to go into MAWA to look around. Our space is undamaged. However, the fire destroyed the building's electrical systems which means we will not be able to return to the space until repairs have been made.
If you are registered for a workshop that was going to be held at MAWA in January watch your email for updates. We are working on securing new locations for the workshops and will contact you with that information.
We are
heartbroken for our friends at the Edge and hope that the residents of
