Artist Boot Camp

Presented in partnership with Creative Manitoba

An artist statement is a description of why you do what you do and how. It sounds simple, but can be surprisingly difficult to articulate. In this workshop we will discuss practical and playful approaches to writing this crucial text. This is a “could” workshop, not a “should” workshop, and is designed to help you find the right words to reflect your art practice.

All are welcome to attend this free online workshop, designed to help you advance your art career. Within a couple of weeks of broadcast, the workshop will be available with captioning at mawa.ca/videos/professional-advice.

All are welcome. Visit Creative Manitoba's website or email [email protected] to register.
