Creating and implementing goals requires a thoughtful balance of nurture and discipline. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your relationship with creating and achieving goals. Together we will explore a selection of goal-setting models, strategies and resources that support generating, refining and putting your goals into action.

    Allison Moore is a visual artist/educator who lives in Treaty 1 territory in Winnipeg. Her art practice assumes a pseudo-scientific investigative process, wherein she works with natural materials in ways that respond to their unique and often unpredictable characteristics. She currently works as a full time art teacher.
